Aggregates

Our accredited laboratories provide comprehensive testing of coarse and fine aggregates, including gradation analysis, specific gravity measurements, and overall quality evaluations. With these capabilities, we ensure that aggregates meet project specifications and perform reliably in the field.

We also support aggregate suppliers in fulfilling their responsibilities under the Illinois Department of Transportation Aggregate Gradation Control System (AGCS), providing guidance, testing, and documentation to maintain compliance and optimize material performance. By combining laboratory precision with practical field insight, we help both suppliers and contractors deliver materials that meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.

We can also assess stone and gravel deposits of private landowners to determine viability for commercial mass production.
